Fill out a short application — tell us who you are and what you want to change. A rolling review selects the top candidates for a 15-minute interview.
~2 weeksOnce accepted you join your cohort, get your XP profile, and start week one. Attend sessions, complete challenges, earn badges, and climb the leaderboard.
Weeks 1–10Present your capstone project at Demo Day. Receive your certificate, your Fellow Wrapped card, and lifetime access to the alumni network.
Week 12Earn XP for everything you do — attending sessions, submitting deliverables, helping peers. Watch your rank climb in real time.

Log in and complete your daily challenge to maintain your streak. The longer your streak, the more bonus XP you earn each day.

Every two weeks the whole cohort faces a Boss — a big collaborative challenge. Defeat it together to earn massive XP for everyone.
Flip your challenge card each morning to reveal a quick task worth bonus XP. Submit before midnight or it vanishes — Zeigarnik effect in action.
At graduation you receive your personal Wrapped card — total XP, rank progression, badges earned, streak record, and best moment of the fellowship.
